High stat server down... How long is it down for?

we were told today that jamrock was going down for a reboot so we all took a break from lvling thinking we were going back in.. and then was told by somone who knows the GM that the server was not coming back up again as the gm could nolonger run it and the server was now closed..
firstly can somone tell us what is going on and secondly if the server has closed why was we not told ,<<<<<<<nice to let us know >>>>>>>>>

ppl wernt told coz all the jammrock sites r pritty much down and gm carnt run it no more co he ..well lol just carnt server files av now bin sold and jamrock may b being rebuilt all i no @ mo :S

Wish we were told rather then have the GMs lie that the server was being rebooted and then take it down permanently, i was mining all day, for nothing... GREAT!

tbh by now mason hasnt replied , he wasnt ingame for ages and tbh all HR severs are dieing, may aswell give up hope on its return

Recommend closing thread unless anyones got new info.
