I duno much bowt laptops so could someone tell me where to get a good one for 500quid plz and a wireless sumin to connect to a switch, Thanks.

Best bet is a small local pc shop, you dont really wanna be going to pc world as they tend to rip you off, most laptops nowadays have wireless. If not look for your local computer fair.

pc world laptops are cheap. but i wldnt buy from them, they usually give you a restore cd, not an xp one, and it comes with tons of crap installed.

ebuyer is a gd place i think. if you raise your budget to about 550-600 you can get a topend laptop.

pc world is good your right but i am sure you can get a cheap laptop for 300 quid at 'Currys' good HDD etc. Could get it cheaper in january sales or maybe a little earlier.

currys and pc world are the same company. iv worked at both, and work at currys atm. some are going down in price, but hardly any of the decent ones.

Depends what you want to use it for. That system is okay but integrated graphics.

also if i dont include the opperating systen i can just load it from cd ye ?
