Heroes Last Man Standing Script Help Please.

I have a working lms script in place that tele's you to a certain map but..

i have a npc in the map that i want to reward the last man standing with a title. my script is below i do appoligise im new at this and have looked elsewhere, any help would be great ive tried to make it myself.

Not too hot on Heroes commands but shouldn't that be SENDMSG ?

checkmaphumancount - Usage: - CHECKMAPHUMANCOUNT mapname = 6 - what it does: - checks if there are 6 humans on map with name 'mapname', options: =,<,>,>=
