If you have a domain you likely to have the ability to do it through a sub domain, it's actually really simple but relies on the dns (obviously) updating so it's directing the traffic to the new IP, the client end does nothing unless they wish to try update it. (flush)
If not it'll be the free dns route which can require (no-ip does at least from what I remember) an app installed to your host machine to update the IP.
