Update with the server:

I've now got my PC in the shop for repairs, sadly costing me almost £100 in repairs possibly more.
But on the up-side, the server team will be back on full throttle completing what is left to do with the server. (Not an awful lot)
The server files will stay the same (2.3+), and we will no longer be proceeding with the ruby files.

E.T.A = 28th September - 6th October

best to pick a set of files and stick with them until or if ace is ever released, I found the source but its all in Chinese :(

We were 2.3, then 2.3+ (old atlantis files).
Shaun decided to go ruby, but we decided then that we would be better off waiting for the ace files to be released.
But but the time they do get released, the server will have already shot live.

Sorry for any confusion.

I'll be as fast as possible :)

We're just reviewing all the work we have done, and looking at what can be improved with the content what is in game at this point.
We're trying to making every part of the game as interesting as possible =]
Hopefully it will be worth your wait, it seems there is room for a new server at the moment too

No download link at the moment as we are under the Upcoming section.
We do have a fully functional autopatcher, however we are in closed beta.

I'll post a download link as soon as we are ready for live beta / live server

First post has been updated with new features.

We're looking at 2 months roughly, the server is complete but things need "pulling together".

List of things to fix:

-NPC's not showing up certain words due to file conversion.
-Armour & Weapon placements (causing crashes).
-Mini-maps need redoing as they work different on these files.
-Kit stats & levels need a look over.
-Some new spells are failing to work, so will need looking at.
-Safe-zone perimeters need adjusting to allow PK in BW.
-Certain mobs need strengths adjusting.

Its just 1 problem after another at the mo lol.

UPDATES 24/09/13



  • All minimaps have now been re-added.
  • NPC's have been fixed (Some were broken due to file conversion)
  • Client has been down-sized, we are now working hard to fix the crash lag issue.
  • We now have a new home-zone (Pranja Island), fully moved across from BW.
  • SafeZone parimeters have been fixed & are now fully working.

Yeah kevin, we are aiming for december (at a push).
I'm just in the process of revamping the server at the moment making room for the new classes to be added in.

Planned changes:

1) Rather than jumping straight into "New Content" stuff, we are going to start with the basic euro maps (not fully).
But don't worry, its not a complete euro rip. This is just here to introduce people back into mir who may not have played for a long time.
Once you reach level 40/50 the newer caves will come back into action with a twist.

2) All the Quest stuff will be moved over to our new quest system

Assassins will be added back into the game. (Fully functional)
All new "Archer" class will be added into the game Never seen before on european mir! (Working on this)

last code i got sin was half done , archer wasnt even convent to the rite data.

Also there is a server with it in testing lol

The server is not open beta at the moment.
We are currently in closed beta as we have big changes going on.
If anyone does manage to get hold of the client, their exe will be out-dated and will not be able to log in at the moment.


  1. Closed Beta - Now until November 20th.
  2. Open Beta - November 21st - November 30th.
  3. Release for live - 1st December '13

The tatsunuko files have now been upgraded!
We now have horses, a new quest system, and assassins!

A big thanks to Tyraes for his excellent mapping.
We have came to a final decision with our home-town map! :)

Greetings from the Tatsunuko Crew.

I know its been a long while since someone has posted an update on whats happening so I thought I would give you all a nice thing to look forward to

Between myself and Smoke we have completely redone all the graphics and database files and the new client is operational we have new wings, new Armours and weapon skins, a large selection of maps available for expansion of the server.

There will be some minor adjustments to make the server a lot more enjoyable with twists and secrets about all over the place.

I am not going to give a lot away at this point and as soon as myself or Smoke can we will get some new screenshots up and post a list of updates.

Sorry for the delay in the servers launch still aiming for the first weeks or so of December, fingers crossed we will be able to hit that live date.
