where do i look do change so it can be sunny all the time and never go dark? and also so its lit up in all the caves

in your map info

[5 Prajna Island 0] LIGHT <----- put next the map u want day time

To make it light all the time on caves open your map info file and find the entry for the cave you want to change and it will say DARK next to its entry. Change this to DAY. It will now be light all the time.

what about the outside? around the provinces etc.

The LIGHT or DAY command im not sure if both work actualy, just put those next to the map of the province. eg:

[0 BichonProvince 0] DAY

Or

[0 BichonProvince 0] LIGHT

I cant realy remember which one works im sure its day tho.
