Heroes Map Editor

There is various different map editors around here and I was just wondering which one is the best to use with Heroes? I've got the one with the server files was wondering if there is one that maybe works with 64bit and/or is in English.

Ok so there seems to have issues going through the object sets? Keeps coming up with out of memory... Any hints/tricks on the best way to run this?
