Meltdown Update - V0.2 (minor)

[Atomicide]

1. Refine is fixed, it now works properly tested and tried.
2. NPCS in Spirit temple Now work as well.
3. Gold drops increased in certain mobs.
4. Uberspiders made easier.
5. Ubserskelly made easier.
6. Item drops made less rare (not by a lot though).
7. Shinzu's upgraded (by jewel already).
8. Level limit put on Boar leveling and spider leveling.
9. XeroxChamber added (level 38+ map - very hard).
10. Clone items added to drops.
11. Flamering is now Halfmoonring
12. Kingbichon easier to kill
13. Bichon Spawns changed
14. Eviltongs, WEB, WG, Ghoul Drops changed
15. Ghoul cave ghouls now drop lots of cash
16. Both guyilds have been added to the war, which is now tomorow
