lo peeps, my stupid VirusScanner/Guard thing keeps deleting my mir2 exe's and wont let people send me them over MSN even with a zipped file.

Ive also searched forums looking for a mir2.exe but i cant find one anywhere ><

Isit possible for somebody to zip + upload me an exe please?

Set your anti virus exceptions to the exe and client folder.

@Zen - Im not sure how to do it, it came free with my laptop (McAfee). Its a complete wreck. lol

get a new anti-virus lol, Mcafee doesn't always say its a virus, you can set it into acceptions aswell

All mir exe's will show up as a virus, if it get deleted you can just restore it from your virus vault though.

Yeah but soon as you open the client it deletes again. Try using new security.

It does it with Panda too, Just tell panda its friendly...

Not if you add it to the list of exceptions, as someone else has already stated.

The only time it will delete them after that is when you scan.

Which McAfee you can restore the item that it deletes. I've had the problem with it also.
