is there other way to create .cin file . without using Kaori's crypt from webpage ?

In a Ideal world, it woudl have been easier to Write An Application which did this and share it out, that way Someone, Sonwhere would have it and could share it.

Putting it off a web page is silly as not only does it take up some bandwidth but it ties it to that site as well as if the site goes down (which is has), the utility is null & Void.

I have @ home the very thing I think, I shall check it works & Post it up laster.

it should be up now... you may not be able to see it if your isp dns caches the old one.
