Mir'sAloneServers?

Since my Perfect World private server came to a end and i virtually completed the game, ive been wanting to play a Mir3 server and was hoping for somthing that i havent tried yet.. Failed..

So i was wondering why there are 4 server's that are active 24/7 but have no user's and have been actively alone for over 5 month's?

Some more question's on this subject:
~ Is this blind dedication?
~ Why no Relaunch up exp or change a few things etc.?
~Why no players, and like other servers no downtime or close in a month or 2.?

To display users online you have to open port 3000 to allow kaori's program to check the user count, some servers choose not to do that so there may be many users on them but it will never show

ah wow, so thoughs servers have players all this time and i never bother to look -_- damn.. ty thou
