Mob Drops - The amount of time they stay on the floor

Is there a way to slow down the amount of time a drop stays on the floor? when i kill bosses and so on, i hardly get a chance to pick up stuff, I need it like euro style, so it dissapears after 1 hour of being on the floor,

Any ideas please?

K nm done it, change in !Setup
ClearDropOnFloorItemTime=60000
to
ClearDropOnFloorItemTime=600000
