u need to try and match it with a mob allready in yu db, if its a archer use zumaarcher and change image, etc. But if it has new magics, u will need to code it in.
if you have a coded mob with magics you can use his settings to animate another mob.. but even if you fix the mon files with the new magics for that mob the server will not read the new magics but play the original ones..
for example..
if you look at the setup of the zombie that can make lightning you will notice that after the frames of it's animation you have it's spell.. if you copy the info which is used in the db for it and make a new mob and set it up just like how the zombie is setted up and instead of the lightning you put a new animation.. you will notice ingame that you will not see the new animation but you will only see the old lightning effect.. this happens because the server reads the skill from the original file..
if you want a new skill you have to replace it.. else you will have to think at something more smart.. for example time ago on the 2.3 i added a mob which hitted with a whip and made it act like a khazard which can pull you agaisnt him with it's tongue..
