my MS SQL ranout cos it was only the trial version
what file do i need to delete from RegEdit so i can get it to accept a reinstall. also dos it normaly stop working completely when trial runs out? and is there a perma fix if it dose?

is it worth buying Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Standard? cos i found a real cheap one for sale

There is a crack going around for it it would be much better to use that as you dont lose your current db etc

Ive found that sometimes the crack doesnt work.

2000 or 2005?

edit: i can only find a 2005 express dose that work with the mir 3 db? im sure ive tryed it b4 and it would complane about the db

-.- Illusion Server (Mir3) runs with MS-SQLServer 2005 Express and we don't have problems...

you need to Convert MSSQL-2000 to MSSQL2005, I don't see a problem, the last SQL 2005 Convert it without problems...

If you get Errors from SQL Server 2005 then say it to me and I remember the Solution.

That means uve all ready got MSSQL installed then - nothing to do with removing it from REG.

but i dont have any sql on this comp and never have
