MSE - Error , not one ive seen b4..

When i create an item , i try save changes and i get this msg:

Any1 know how to fix this plz?

Problem 2
Unable to save changes to a DB

Fix to problem 2
Open the DB in DB_Commander then....
For StdItems -
- Utilities
- Index Info
- Left Table
- Double click Idx
- Tick Unique box (dunno if this is needed tho)
- Press add
- the the green OK, button then it should save without hassle

For Monster
- Utilities
- Index Info
- Left Table
- Double click Name
- Tick Unique box (dunno if this is needed tho)
- Press add
- the the green OK, button then it should save without hassle

Make sure youve set your paths correctly .

Also i think you need to do some sorta Query change not sure ive seen it done on another thread.
