change the text to "romania" and swao colours position and u have a nice animated romanian flag u can do same to more countrys

Don't like the signature, the animation is a good idea but not pulled off to the extremes of that of an experienced designer.

The text is bad, and seriously needs sorting. I can't even read it.

4/10, maybe 5 considering your first try...
