Its the way the world works governments dont stick to there rules, politicians dont stick to any rules. Its because they at least have some sort of means to change what people can and cannot do.

I was going to argue that not everyone abuses power but then I couldn't think of an example. So i guess all people with power are corrupt =/. Makes you think......:P
