i got another similar set of these (Blood set from Sfydy) its sorta the same but closer to the one Mask was after (just with crazier looking effects) ....Trying to work it out cuz the Armour wings on Stateitem glow to.
Only prob tho .. my dataviewer isnt showing them as normal images? (they're just lines / stripes of colour). I guess these are higher than 16bit?
