I don't think this wil editor does not make original wil format.
it supports importing SGL (woool).
so it supports 16 bits of colour.
correct me if I am wrong.

And it does support wil files. as you can select the color range from 256 to 32bit.

i use either resource tuner or restorator 2005, both good programs for translating.

yes it supports wil file.. but if you import anything, it will not insert the correct format... and most of the clients won't read that.

clients only read 256 color version... so please try to import something and try it out on your client... if it works, then congratz...
