One of my mid/low level PCs has recently been showing it's age and slowing down considerably.
Spec is as follows:
Athlon 64 3500+ (skt 939)
2GB PC3200 RAM
120GB 10000rpm HDD
80GB 5200rpm HDD
nVidia GeForce 6600GT 256MB gfx card
Ive done regular defrags, dick cleanups, and monitor temperatures/fan speeds/voltages regularly.. nothin has dropped or changed.
I havent installed anything new recently other than connecting it up to Virgin Media 4MB broadband.
Im running Kaspersky 7.0 and im behind a wireless firewalled router. Any suggestions whats likely slowing me down?
May consider upgrading bits if needed.
