yup ur correct its in the m2server.exe, to sort it

a) download a already translated m2server exe
b) you will ahve to be able to hex edit, if you cant ... do A

back up ur curent exe
open it up in ur hexeditor
go to offset 00090248
and replace whats there with
010000002F000000FFFFFFFF010000002F000000FFFFFFFF0300000021212100

the offset is simply a numbered line u got in the first collum of ur hex work shop (ultra edit uses a different one) so use hexworkshop or hexeditor. the easiest way to goto an offset is doing CTRL+G and write the offset or find it by scrolling down to the line number which corresponds to 00090248.

i forgot to say a few things... well
open hexworkshop
open your m2server.exe
press ctrl+g
write 00090248
set the dot over "hex"
and set "from where" dot at "Beginning of the File" and press go...
it should then bring u to the line which u will have to highlight and overwrite with:
010000002F000000FFFFFFFF010000002F000000FFFFFFFF03 00000021212100
