Pay to Play, Monthly Subscriptions, Gameshops, Free to Play - What is your preferred style?

We've got multiple threads on the topics of F2P, P2W, and P2P servers, and a few polls recently on various topics, but none of these offer the option to vote on all donation, shop, or payments method available to Server owners to cover costs.

Below are various options which I feel cover the majority of gameplay offers available to us at the moment, the poll is multiple choice and users can vote for multiple preferred style of perks (or lack of). If there is another type that isn't covered under one of these @Jev will add it.

Pay to Play - no gameshop​

Players pay a monthly subscription to the server owner to play the game. @Sanjan & @Valhalla are proposing these types of servers

Pay to Play - with Gameshop​

Players pay a monthly subscription to the server owner to play the game, with a game shop selling items/buffs/cosmetics

Subscriptions / supporters package​

Players pay an optional subscription which gives ingame benefits to those willing to support the server. @Win is doing this on his server.

Game shop 1 - Cosmetic Only​

Players can buy cometic items which give no tangible benefit in game except from flexing their D sword has been transmoged into a Wooden Sword, or their Wings look cooler than other players.

Game shop 2 - Single Currency​

Players can buy items/buffs etc from game shops for game gold only.

Game shop 3 - Dual Currency​

Players can buy items/buffs etc from game shops for game gold and currency obtained from playing the game.

Free To Play - No benefits in kind​

Donations accepted to running costs with no benefits in kind towards players. If you donate, you get 0.. nada.

All of them are fine.
The only one I am not a fan of is

Game shop 2 - single currency (Gamegold/Credits)​

and that's because even if its a grindto get them, the items in gameshop should be attainable by other methods.

this as what my server is GS with 3 with game gold cp points (hunt points) and gold from game so there 2 option from game and all can get it with give server time to play

i'd say just go for P2P with gameshop, we could add very gameshop version to P2P if thats case
