It would proberly cost more than £5 but yes you can do that with some companys.

i reckon its easier to get a new pc and host it yourself, work out cheaper in the long run, and if you dont make aserver, you have a fast pc :

You'd need a windows dedicagted server to do it, and then you'd still have to set it up yourself remotely using terminal services.

generally dedicated windows servers cost in the region of $99 a month
