Advert removed for GPL violation
A LOMCN member requested the source code for Pongo's client files. However despite wanting to comply, Pongo was unable. The reason for this being that Pongo server did not own the sources it was using being that they were supplied by someone else.
Said person (NOT the server owner) stole the work of other LOMCN developers and has made no attempt at reconciliation. As a consequence, the LOMCN administration with the full support of all other staff deemed that all releases from said person are prohibited on LOMCN. This also means that all servers utilising such files also cannot be advertised here.
For future reference, only 2.3 servers which comply to GPL requests, and thus - have the ability to comply to GPL requests can advertise here. If there is any confusion over what this means, who it applies to or anything like that, feel free to PM me.
