Request Port forwarding issue

Hello i have little issue with portforwarding i have forwared my ports corrently wen i go on port checker it says my ports say closed i think the problem is that my internet connection is not letting them recive them could any one help im on windows xp i have bt home hub 5 i have team viewer if u would like a poke around see if u could help me please

This is my HH3 setup.

External players connect fine, I can't on my LAN.
This is Ruby btw.

Well my server is live so they must be.

I don't want to test until my players log for the night. Then I'll see what it says.


Btw, what files are you using ?

My ports say they are closed every time i check i dont know if its my pc side of things but if people can connect with ur ports its gota be my network settings or something
