Problem with ODBC/SQL server

I am having a bit of trouble, have been trying to fix this for a little while now. Hopeing to just geta bit of advice or tips.

I can't seem to find the 'Local' connection on the drop down menu, the server is running, you can see that on bottom right of screenshot.

Wasnt in my list too, just write the name in

When i do that, on the next page i get a new error when i try to enter username/password.

had you installed SQL before?

try (local) or 127.0.0.1
