Problem with SQL

I keep getting this error.

I have installed, unistalled and installed again god knows how many times, but I still get the same error. I'm not entirely sure what it means or how to fix. I searched the forums and found nothing that could help me. So... can anyone help?

did you change who's running the service?

I followed the guide on that website you posted and made sure my id and password for sql were correct.
