Processor Speed

How important is process speed when it comes to hosting an EI server?

the pc I'm considering hosting one has the following

1.8 ghz Intel processor
256 ram {just bought a 512 stick to add into it giving it 768 ddr ram}
20 gigs free hard drive space

{and we have over a 2mbs cable connection}

so would that processor speed suffice running it?

that would work as a mir3 server quite fine, aslong as you do nothing on the host machine.
