I don't think it would make much difference... Fact is there's no interest in this game anymore. Most of the servers about don't have much more than that.
Changing to HR or whatever would just be a waste of Scorpions time.

im afraid, he is unlikely to raise user count on 2.3 files.. lets face it they are very out dated files and none of the current (updated) files are no where near polished to the extent of 2.3.
unless you have a team of coders, low/med servers wont take off.
2.3 is dull and boring and has been for some time. there is only so much you can do without coding.
we faced the same problem at nemesis and decided it was best to just close.
we discussed going HR, but we decided against it.
its the high rated servers which ruined the low/med community's. no skill server makers throwing together servers where everything is handed out on a plate. people find it hard reverting to working for their levels / items after that.

This is very true, well said. But we have to give it up to Scorp for running the server for this long, no matter how many players are left, it's still a matter of players that still enjoy playing the server.

used to play the server and enjoyed it, i think that exp rate etc is spot on but with the server being an old timer and the majority of people are now r/b'd u should perhaps put the start level up to 67 and give the basic 67 kit as starter kit(i.e-shard items or w.e)... maybe this could drag a few new and old faces to the server.

Should make the lower levels more easy to catch up with everyone else, start level being 54+ cba to check that, its putting of tbf, just my opinion - but was a great server back in its early days
