Quick question

If someone wanted to create a Mir 2 server right now, one that's the most up to date with the old euro standards and has no limitations etc, which direction should they be pointed in?

LOMCN obviously has a lot of useful resources but sometimes trying to string it together as and when can be a tad daunting, especially if you're not on the 'scene'.

I appreciate the answer is probably written somewhere, but from the looks of the development, sub-development, sub-sub-development and various different files, languages and versions of Mir 2 it's moving at a pace in which the answer could potentially change tomorrow.

This is just binary server files by the way, there is no interest in developing or changing the hard-coded aspects of Mir, as far as I am lead to believe.

only problem with td's is the crafting npc (where you make gems n ****e)

There is a plugin that allows you to have every cheat going,
made by the chinese and cant be stoped.

And i always get the Msg ingame "Theres no such thing as cheats on mir2" Ha funny lal.

And TD's are the best to work with imo.

Yes but why on earth would he want some untranslatable files?

The best fully english files for him to use are TD's surely.

Realistically, how easy is this to get a hold of, for the average mir user?

If you want 100% english, from word go then yes defo use TDs

If you dont mind doing abit extra graft then go for heros or wait for assasin release

as for the plugin if you know were to look its there, some servers use it as the nom... hard to belive i know.

but lets face it, about 90% dont know any other site than lomcn

and only 1% of mir users would use it and remember if found out you would be banned

if you look at the servers that are up now, ive not seen any of them with a problem so it maybe ok ?

Thinkin about it now, just go for TDs for a easy life lol

or you will be like me a year down the line and still not online (publicly)
