Rebirth Name color

Right am just wondering where have i gone wrong and how do i get the rebirth name color to show up?

Here is my NPC but i dont think you add it to a NPC i think its to do with something else.

with your m2 server running, click options, then function,, (4th one down), then the rnew tab,, colours an levels in there i believe, and time between flashing
