Recommended Specs for playing EI?

Can any1 give me a rough idea plz?
Im currently trying to play servers on:

2.6GHz Intel Celeron Processor / 256MB DDR

Problem is when I go in-game with nothing else at all running the game just freezes and when I check task manager it says CPU is at 100% all from Mir4.exe I'm hoping there is a quick & easy way to solve this problem but I'm guessing im gonna need more RAM lol

Any replys wud be greatly appreciated.

Celeron's aint v gd :P You shld get a pentium or AMD.

should be alright best to get some more ram about 700 + if ya was having full spawns and client on same pc then ya should be fine
