recording games?

hey, i as just woundering do any of you lot know a good programe for me to record, games i play?

i have fraps, but when i turn it on to record, my FPS goes down the drain, i also have game cam, but that only works in win xp, and i dont have that, i tried it on my friends machine and it seemed good, hardly any fps drainage, and it can record in nice quality.

just woundering do any of u know anya other good progmraes?

only two i was gonna sugest u have alredy posted sayin u either cant use or it dont work lol -.- try google for sum others im sure theres sum out there sumwhere, i personaly use gamecam tbh *get winxp* lol

You can use a program called Camtasia but it won't record OpenGl games.
