Heroes Reduce Casting Speed

Hey, I've tried lowering the 'Delay' in the database to something obviously slow, however it hasn't made a difference in the casting speed. How can I increase the time between each spell

Because i know for sure there cast speed can't be changed unless coded.

Nah, I'm talking about GreatFireBall. While casting it, mobs don't move towards you, it casts extremely fast

Don't think most of important values in the magic DB can be altered to be honest.

they can just experiment it with high numbers like 5000 and lower numbers til u find the balance, easy to reload magicdb to do it
