eat regulary.. 2 hours, lots of proteins and lift heavy.. (max weight).
oh and wha you taking, cos if its deca then that stuff aint for really size, your strengh and endurance goes up but its more of an athletic steroid. testosterone is the best, like sust250 and andropen.

I dont think it was serious. Steroids suck anyway . They shrink your penis , and in return temporarily make you look 'bulkier' untill you grow old and still have a tiny penis!. I work out but i never aim to become 'big' i prefer being toned. I do more reps , less weight . I sort of have a footballer build anyway , thats proberbly why i prefer to be skinny and toned opposed to huge machine man. Id never even think about taking steroids , but i am 16 haha. I only take drugs to socialise. Mental you seem to know a little too much ahah.
I know lots and they dont shrink your dick, they shrink your balls due to it halting your natural testosterone (Depending on what roid you take) to counter this you can take stuff such as Nolvadex and Clomid...me = educated
