Scrip Command for Town Owner Acces

Hello

I am looking/search a command (scriptcommand) for Town owners! Are there: check guildowner SABUK / check townowner SABUK or something similar?

Example:

a Guild XY have Sabuk and now wish a Member from the Guild Enter in the Spezial Cave in Sabuk, the Problem its now, only the Guild what have the Town Sabuk can ENTER (now i need the command for check ENTER) any1 can help?

With what Commando can I increase the Exp numbers within of a map?
(GIVEEXPMAP?)

Never used it personally but I believe it's

GiveExpMap [map number] [exp to give]
