can the admins/mods plz remove the server ads of the server that are not up plz?

Guess you've never heard of a PM or the Complaints and Suggestions forum.

What if they are down just tempo, or are experiancing other short term problems?

If the server is down for good the thread will die, meaning it will be pushed out of the way. Its self cleaning.

The only time I would lock the thread is if someone bumped it for a stupid reason knowing it was down for good.
