[2.3] Server setup 2.3 files

Not sure if this is the correct place anyway.
Im following the guide for the 2.3 files and i get this error on the m2 thing

What does it mean!?

it cant connect to your SQL db

Maybe you have an incorrect username/password in the txt files somewhere?

Thanks ive sorted it, how would i go about making someone(myself) a gm and giving people the game to actually be able to play? ports and everything should already been forwarded


Where do i put my external ip so people can connect? when i paste it in all the places that are 192.an so on
the name off the server dissapears for me and says connecting failed and it says that for every1 who trys to connect. how do i do this?

Hey guys sorry for a post once again but, while editing the config.ini an so on my server name has vanished so i can no longer log in myself?
Login server keeps connecting and disconnecting

and where do i put my external ip so users can connect?
