Yes , its plain and took me no longer then 10 minutes , but i like it , thought id share with you guys .

Duplicated the rain off the primary image , changes opacity , feathered it too blend more , and wolla added a rain effect all around the picture.



There is no border cus the site it goes on automatically puts a border on it , so no moaning about that thank you!.

Although it's okay overall, but we've all been there, seen/done it before. C'mon, be original mate.
