Some help please! (boot.ini)

Hey, I recently installed Win2k Pro on my system(Put another HDD in).

It's all working fine, and I get the Dual boot screen ("Win XP Pro and Win 2K Pro").

However, when I try to boot into XP (The first OS installed) It says something like "Windows 2000 cannot boot: Corrupt file \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\SYSTEMd.

My boot.ini looks like this.

multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(1)partition(1)\WINNT="Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional" /fastdetect

Damnit, I was hoping for a: "Sure Ricky, you just have to click this file and all will be fixed".

I've got so much software that I can't find the discs for.
