SQL setup prblem

I'm following the guide to setup the sql.
But when i get to the restore bit i've added setup the restore database but i get an error when i click ok. I checked the error log to see what the prob is and it says account_Data.MDF is being used by another program.

Any1 got any answers?

Did you tick the box that says somethin like "FORCE OVERWRITE" ?

Nvm just watched the video for seting it up. I was selecting the wrong device name lolz....
