Hi there,when i get d/c on my char,i try to log on and it gets stuck at loading stage? but i can go on another character but not this one? its ruby 2.6 any help would be apprectiated

I've had similar to this.
I've found it can be that the map number and co-ords don't match the latest full save with the erroneous part save at time of exit.
You can manually change the char settings in the SQL table to release your char from it's lock.
A fix might be to test for mismatch at startup and move a char to a startpoint. I would suspect this is best hard coded by lilcool'.
