unpacking protected files

i am in need of help with unpacking protected/encrypted exe's and dll's
i can unpack but the file it puts out is unuseable any suggestions?

if unpacked it will be good for the community i promise

depends on wot type of file ur trying to open . Thers some compression method tht is used alot but i cant remem the name . Search www.google.com for it
