Two faults :
Other than that, a nice image indeed.
- Too big, resize it a bit then fine.
- Black bit on bottom and top of the design looks horrid, get rid of them and then it will look dandy.

1. How can it be too big? it's not a signature. It's for a portfolio.

all you have done is recolour the eyes, added some different fonts, coloured a few letters, changed a few opacitys, and some text is just so small its hard to make out + the overall placements are just wrong imo.
