Vista Vs. Mir

right click the exe and run as admin..... only way i found so far, possibly a way to just click it and run but i cba doing it lol.

Tried that and i am logged on as admin aswel :S

Server files work fine on vista provided they are ran as admin. Client also works fine

Was using Ultimate Edition am back on XP for the moment

No problems here /Vista Ultimate.

Home edition is known for many admin problems, you never get fully admin access on home edition. Not like Ultimate any way.

That's **** then lol, so there's no chance of me running Mir 2? it runs it just doesn't open the window and a big cream coloured box appears :S and try running it as a windows xp package thing :S

Lol, i had windows vista ultimate was fine... am back on XP for a while though.

i am using vista home basic not had any problems at all with mir :S

but running a server i think it dosent like it too much with 1.9+ servers i am not sure though but they dont seem to work for me on vista

have you tryed turning UAC in vista ?

i have it off

had vista on other PC, mir and everything worked ok but vista is just ****, asks u for permission and that for any thing, so stupid. ended up installin XP instead.

Shame Outlook doesn't work with Hotmail aswel.
