Weapon Refining Wont Work o___O

Ive just been testing carlos the refiner and every time i have tried to refine a weapon it has broke... any ideas why?

ive tried kriss swords, serpent swords, hooked spears, mage staffs, power axes, and none of them have worked... ive tested about 15 times with these weapons and had a broken weapon every time... is there any thing i can change?

ive tested a few more weapons still with no success, is there something i can do to make it work?

you can hex the mirserver main exe file to increase the chance of success from the standard 20% to 50%

try it with a bag full of ore, 2 power rings and a dss should work even at 20%
