Ok, so iv'e searched the forums through and through, and i can't find the M2 that allows weather effects on a 1.9 server, and when i found a scent of it, it turns out the file is not there, for example Rapidshare.

Anybody help please?

hmmm weather effects? Thats mir 3 right? Does any other severs have weather ?
