sorry just in-case im picking you up wrong, Are you asking if u can run a server from them or a website?..
if a website then yea its all good, But for a server ull need to Dedicatied server Windows (not sure if Linux works)
or even try a decent VPS

no i was looking for a webhosting/domain but i decided to go with hostgator.com 
so all sorted now anyway
