what kind of power support good this this motherboard?

My new motherboard is almost like this motherboard "AOpen nCK804a-LFS Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 ATX AMD Motherboard" I got a old power support I don't will it fit on this motheboard. Wish someone will teach me something about on here. Below is the things I want to know thx

Also I want to know is that 4 PINS CALL "Dual +12V" If not what it look like?

I agree what urbanfox said, but I don't know howcome I saw the picture on this motherboard User's Manual.pdf he only using is the 20 PINS with the other 4 PINS DUAL +12V. He didn't use the 24 PINS on it. Howcome, is it not the ture? Here is what the picture I had showing before and what Leo said...
