This is one of the worst idea's i have ever read if not the worst, might aswell ask for a 1 guild allowed too if your too afraid of competition
chinese/koreans have always been greedy bastards on their mir websites and their local community
but they are a competitive players in mir aswell, i have never played a server that had chinese players
and not seen them in high ranks (levels/kits)

I'm arabic with no chinese/korean ancestors or anything, and always been a nemesis to chinese players in every server too
just had to give credit for how they give a serious effort to the game
